Elizabeth Langley is a visual artist based in Tucson, Arizona. She's an oil painter experimenting with still lifes, cityscapes, storefronts, and most recently – interior spaces. She uses single-point perspective to pull the viewer into the piece, painting several thin layers using geometric shapes and photorealistic styles while highlighting small details of everyday life - the textured fabric of a quilt, sunlight falling on a glass bottle, and the smooth wooden arm of a reading chair.
